How Much Cardio Should I Do Daily In Order To Lose 10 – 15 Lbs By May?

Is this goal even realistic?? (16 year-old girl, 5’2″ and 130 lbs.) Would it be possible to lose that much by may?
I lose about 10 – 15 lbs by May……How much cardio I be daily?
The biggest things I wanna do is lose 10 – 15 lbs and hopefully 3 inches in my butt and waist with the weight that I’ll lose. I also plan on doing alot of walking lunges and cardio, which is the best way to burn fat, to help me lose my huge bum, which is unfortunately all fat.
now I do a half on my exercise bike and a half of exercising by doing exercises like walking lunges, squats, planks, crunches, etc etc. I do that to help tone just a little. I wanna tone my abs a little.
I also eat well, oatmeals, fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, low fat dairy, etc etc. and no junk food or candy, and i drink lots of water and green tea.
But I kinda think that using my exercise bike for cardio will not doing any good for burning fat off my bum cause I’m just sitting there while I use it. And my bum is really my biggest target, next to losing weight in general
I’ve tried the Jillian Michaels DVD, and all that did for me was make me heavier with , when I wanted to be lighter, but I’m kinda considering it again, just to see if it’ll do any good….
What do you think?? Is my routine that I have now good? Should I try the dvd again?
And if the bike isn’t good for my bum, please give me more suggestions.
I cant go to a gym, or buy any new machines, all I have is a bike, and I can’t go running or …,and I really wanna lose this weight!
Right now the only healthy thing in my is apples and oatmeal, and I go shopping the day after tomorrow, so will it be ok to start my diet Sunday?
And I only have an hour I can use to exercise a day.
