How Is The Optimum Ph Of Catalase In An Apple Different To The Optimum Phof Potato Catalase When Decomph2o2?
Need help with bio experiment with how pH affects catalase activity in a potato compared with the apple. I am just wondering if there is a difference and if it is to do with the fact that one (the potato) is grown underground opposed to overground of the apple and they are different tissue. therefore they decompose H2O2 at different pH levels. please help all you brains out there!!!! i have searched everywhere – HELP
