i have strep throat im not on medicine yet im going to the doctor today. i can barley hear out of my ears right now how can i get my ears to unpop?
holding my nose and blowing just makes it worse

if you have a sterp throat u should better take medicines coz it leads to problems such as rheumatic fever and your ear problem might be due to the same (because of nasopharyngitis) sprays such as nasal decongestants releive the problem. how means there is a tube called eustachian tube which connects the nasopharynx with ear ,to ventilate the ears, if there is any swelling in it can cause the problem such as yours,so nasal drops or sprays can be used under your doctors prescription for a short period of time (5 days)
