How Can I Make Broccoli Cheddar Soup From A Can Taste Better? (besides Adding Shredded Cheese & Little Pepper)
chop up a few cloves of garlic and simmer it in a little bit of oil until it turns translucent then add it to your can of broccoli-cheddar soup.
By no means should you add any shredded cheese or any pepper whatsoever.
P.S. If you don’t have any fresh garlic on hand then use garlic powder or even adobo without pepper.

Whatever you do, dont add salt. There is already enough in it from the processing.

Add butter for a sweeter and heavy taste, and NEVER add shredded cheese to a soup because it stays in strands and is messy, and not the prettiest thing, not to mention the texture just isn’t great at all when used with a water based product. Use another cheese such as Velveeta (block cheese), or even Sandwich cheese that will melt into a liquid with your soup.

Add fresh broccoli, and add real cream, and a variety of shredded cheese. It tastes great when you have more than one type of cheese!
