Good Diet Along The Day?(easy 10 Points)?

monday to friday:
7:00 am, have cereal with a glass of orange juice
10:35 am, have cereal bar at school
2:30 pm, eat what ever school lunch there is.(usually we dont get chips,burgers and stuff)
6:30 pm, eat what ever i get at home(ex: spaggeti,sometimes pizza,But ill try eat healthy)
8:00 pm, apple for snack, or any , and maybe something to ex: diet coke
*repeat next day*
the day i eat sugar free chewing gum.
sometimes i play football tuesday or thursday, and wednesday 2 hours pe.
at i do 30 sit ups and alot of weights,
i know i need to an jog more but i dont have time, i go away at 7:50 am and come home at 6:15 pm.
any ideas on how i reduce stomach fat having to walk or jog?
any what do you think about diet?

    All the doctors and dieticians say targeted weight loss is impossible, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I managed it with acai berry.     There doesnt sound like much food there and you are not eating much protein at all. Lifting weights is very good but you wont put on much muscle at all unless you eat more protein and calories.
    Once you have some muscle under your fat getting the abs you want will be easy, without muscle you will really struggle to look the way you want to.

    Lets sort it out.
    You consume 1300 calories aprx a day. Which is quite healthy! :D
    You burn 300 calories aprx a day. Which is moderate. :)
    Your metabolism, is HIGH, you do weights which will burn an extra + 100 calories aprx.
    But we wont count the extra 100 calories. SO.. your losing 1000 calories, a day from an normal persons diet, you should burn roughly 1.5 – 2.5 pounds a week or 1kg – 1.5kg a week. Thats sikk cuz.
    First question : any ideas on how i could reduce stomach fat without having to walk or jog?
    Trying doing, these, starting from the most stomach fat burners to the least;
    Plank
    Sit ups
    Push ups
    Pull ups.
    Second question : any what do you think about diet?
    Its seriously quite healthy, so you lose…
    1 week : 2 pounds
    2 weeks : 5 pounds
    1 Month : 12 pounds
    3 Months : 35 Pounds. Great!
