Ginger Good For The Digestion?
i found this by accident but googling ginger it seems that it’s good for the digestion? i’ve been having constipation and abdominal pain lately and since i’ve been eating these small ginger cookies from trader joes i’ve been feeling much better. has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah. I hate ginger but when I was pregnant it was safe to take for acid reflux. It helped me in so many ways with any stomach problem I had, now I stock up on ginger tea, dressing, etc.

Ginger is very good for your digestive tract, it helps many stomach ailments and is great if you are nauseous. Take it in any form, as long as it is pure ginger.

In China and Southeast Asia where it probably originated, it has also been put to a range of medicinal purposes. It is considered good for the digestion and beneficial against congestion.

Well, I know it was used as a remedy for upset stomaches when I was a child. Especially ginger ale.

I know when you eat sushi they serve ginger alongside it because it has a sort of antibacterial or antifungal quality. Basically, it helps you not to get sick from raw food. As far as digestion goes, this article may help you:
