Can You Plant Apple Tree Branches Into The Ground And They Make New Trees?
ya. we have an apple tree in our backyard in maine, so we want to make it into several others. i woul really like to know if you are able to snip other parts of the tree and plant it. If we do that will it grow?

No, a plain branch won’t grow roots. You’ll need to take a seed from an apple and plant it in order for a apple tree to grow.
A branch is anatomically incapable of sprouting roots and full vessels of a tree trunk
