Can I Culture Almond Milk With Vanilla Soy Yogurt?
Or rice milk, or just soy milk.
All I have and could find around here is vanilla.. Would that work? and I can add more vanilla to the finished product? Or would this not work at all? I really need to make more yogurt.. 
And what about kefir? How do you make that?
