Can I Culture Almond Milk With Vanilla Soy Yogurt?

Or rice , or just soy .
All I have and could around is .. Would that work? and I can add vanilla to the finished product? Or would this not work at all? I to make yogurt.. :x
And what kefir? How do you make that?
