There is a company called ColorWare that will customize a Macbook for you (along with just about any other electronic device you can think of). It’s a bit more expensive than buying a regular white MacBook, but if you really want a black MacBook, they’re probably your best bet. You have two options when customizing, you can buy a regular Macbook and ship it to ColorWare, or you can order directly from ColorWare. They have all sorts of customization options, so if you wanted you could get rather fancy on how stylish your Macbook is.
If you want a warranty, purchase from ColorWare. When ColorWare paints the Macbook, they have to dissemble it, which will void the Apple warranty. If you buy directly from ColorWare, you have the option of selecting a one or two year ColorWare warranty which will cover damage to your MacBook. The only downside is you’ll have to work with ColorWare for warranty repairs, and I’m not sure how good their warranty service is.
If you’re willing to risk it, you can buy an AppleCare protection plan after you’ve ColorWared the MacBook, but you would have to stick to phone support and replacing any parts yourself. If you take it to an Apple store you’ll probably be laughed out of the place.

Sadly no. Apple seems to have forgotten that colored computers are what brought them out of bankrupcy with their first-generation iMac.
