I have a box of dolls I want to sell, and they were mixed up with the birth certificates. I just want to know if I can randomly place the certificates with the dolls when I sell them, or is there a specific way to match the doll with the correct certificate?

I just got the Env 3 less than a week ago and last night i dropped my phone in the hot tub. I immediately took it out the phone was still on under water, I took out the battery and was Drying it. I put the battery back in and turned it on and it was working except it said I didn’t have service. so i took out the battery and put it back in and tried to turn it on like five time.(Didn’t know it fries your phone) THen i heard something about rice, so i put it in rice but i didn’t know it had to be dried rice, (i put it in the already perpared rice that you just microwave) Like two hours ago i put it in dried rice and I just tried turning it on and the verizon thing appeared then the front screen turned white so i put it back in the rice. and i also tried drying it off with the hairdryer. I don’t have another upgrade for another 2 years, I’m screwed if it doesn’t work,

I have black hair and have tried to dye over it with light brown then purple and the colour did not shift at all, it is still jet black. Next weekend i’m considering putting a blonde on it to make it a ginger colour then dying over it purple again, will this work and will the blonde actually shift the black? If this is a bad idea, what should i do? I need it to be cheap and not at a hairdressers because i just cant afford it
